You, the employee

As a Leo employee, you will be used effectively in promotion and sales. You are a natural showman, and you will keep customers happy with your warm, sunny disposition.

Underneath your brave front, you secretly fear you have no real courage. Despite the fear, you carry on with your extreme vanity and insufferable ego. But you are invaluable when it comes to a crisis. Suddenly, to everyone's surprise, you show yourself to be the steady one.

You have a fetish for authority. If you can't be the boss, you must have a position where you can display your talents and abilities to the world in some way. If the role of executive or leader is denied to you, you are happier as teachers, salesmen, doctors, lawyers, managers, counsellers, speakers, announcers, actors, actresses, writers or even plumbers and tourist guides. You, the boss

As a Leo boss, you expect to be at the top of the heap. You will take credit for the most creative strategy, even if an employee came up with it. You achieve it most of the time, thanks to your charm.

Once you get every last ounce of credit you deserve, with some surplus respect, you will dole out generous praise to your employees. You are also prompt to point out to mistakes with little discretion.

You have a trace of arrogance, but it is tempered with good-natured optimism. You keep things humming and running smoothly. You were born to command, with an enviable talent for assigning the right jobs to the right people and seeing that they're finished on time.

You can be an entertaining boss. You have a fearful rage, and then pout behind closed doors for hours when you think you've been insulted. Your greatest weakness is a generous dose of flattery.

As an employer, you cannot stand being ignored. You are not the kind to hide your light under a bushel. If tribute isn't paid to your vanity, you seek greener pastures. You can't bear to be underestimated.

Being in command is your strongest need. You revel in the regular dose of flattery and attention. If frequently placated, you can be a delight to work with.

You will want a major share of the limelight. But, remember, there are lots of other people who make the organisation, so you cannot take all the honours!
