You, the employee

Your abilities depend entirely on the kind of job you do. To work successfully in a team, you must do something that does not offend your sensibility. You are also very secretive, choosing to hide your motives most of the time. You get along famously with other colleagues, and seek them out all the time. But you have a way of cutting yourself off from others when situations become painful.

You seek the sunlight and rosy, beautiful emotions. When grey or black appears, you dive down deep to escape. A thoughtless word can make you weep inside, although you will probably tell a joke to disguise it. You have a way with a clever line, and your humour, though it's not ever obvious, is seldom far away.

Money won't mean a lot to you. You will expect a good salary and bonus, but you will hardly notice if you have to take a temporary cut in pay when business is slow. Actually, you are happy with a reasonable wage. But your employer has to be open to the idea of loans. You are extremely sensitive to being fired, and quit before the inevitable happens. You are too elusive to stay in one place, and move on when there is need.

You the boss

You are as rare as a bathing suit on the North Pole. Many of you hate routine, and mark time as writers, salesmen and creative artists. However, there are a few areas where you can apply your talents and make yourself an indispensable boss. You love weaving a tale, and would do well in advertising.

You prefer not to tell it like it is. You would rather tell people what you think will have the best effect on them in the long run, or what they want to hear. You have learnt through bitter experience that society does not want to hear the cold and naked truth. You shock people with your unconventional ideas. Just when the feeling settles down, you turn round and say you are a conformist. You then learn to tread the middle path.

You are somewhat partial to the creative thinkers in your firm. You also appreciate good organisational skills. You are a good judge of human nature. Discretion and conservatism are not your greatest assets, and you are clearly aware of your deficiencies.

The Neptune nature is so constituted that you find it almost impossible to say no to a fellow human being who has a sincere need, or even just a sincere desire. You must learn early to insulate yourself as best as you can.

You don’t compromise on your dreams even at the workplace. Your colleagues would probably enjoy having a dreamy-eyed person around, who regales people with fantasies. You are willing to help out, and that’s what makes you popular. Your obvious lack of ambition could come as a shock to your colleagues, but you are just dreaming a greater dream!

You are a constant seeker of truth. The sense of justice and fair play attached to you is remarkable. You enjoy the leader's role and will work hard to be worthy of the privilege. You crave the exchange of ideas, conversation and chatter, and if all this takes place in a social situation, even better. Harmony is important to you, as you enjoy beautiful surroundings. The mediator in you likes bringing people together, but you also enjoy having a partner at your side. You are motivated to keep your partnership sailing smoothly, and it's also likely to be a pretty ride, since you enjoy being in a beautiful world.
